Over a three-year period, the Ministry of Transport processed approximately 20,000 correspondence transactions manually. Reliance on paper-based workflows, physical couriers, and manual filing resulted in operational delays, increased the risk of document loss, and limited real-time visibility for decision-makers. In addition, the national correspondence system, Yasser, lacked the stability and scalability required to support the Ministry's operational needs.

Knowledge Ways designed and developed Rasel, a secure electronic platform that connects the Ministry of Transport with major transportation authorities through the Government Secure Network (GSN). The platform manages both classified and routine correspondence with end-to-end tracking, comprehensive audit trails, and clear separation between executive and departmental communications. The project was successfully delivered in six implementation phases.
